The support team of Act! can be sent by internal mail the link to download the installation file

After installing Act! I suggest install the updates:

Service Pack 1 CLICK HERE

After install Service Pack - install Hot Fix 5 CLICK HERE

Thank you. I did get it downloaded. I still am having issues, but that is for another day.
