I am a single user of ACT! 2009 (ver. 18.104.22.168) running on Windows XP. I recently upgraded to Office 2010 and of course ACT! 2009 does not integrate well with it. I can send emails from ACT! but they will not attach to the record and Word will not open as the default word processor.
I am upgrading to the single user Pro 2012, and wonder if it would be best to uninstall my current version of ACT! before doing the upgrade, so as to ensure better integration with Office 2010.
