The welcome screen shows but does not load. Message "Access to the path "C:\Documents and settings\.....Data\depdentdills.xml is denied". Tried Sage support by changing preferences to Read only. Could not find a security tab as they showed. At times it has been hard to load. I needed to restart the computer to load. It seems I had a virus attack this morning. Resolved that but now Act will not load.
