If you are downloading via the ACT! update prompt from the program, try instead downloading by going to www.act.com. Then Support/Downloads from the home page. If you are unable to download from your computer, then try another machine and copy the download over via a network, cd or usb flash drive.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
