I'm currently looking to find a way to sync contact information with an online database. One way I've thought of doing this is by exporting to a text file which is then automatically uploaded via an ftp program and a script adds it to the online db. However to export to a text file requires going through 5 pages of options and as this is supposed to be a time saving option, that's isn't great.
Is there a way of having a simple 1 click button or menu option that will export the record with fixed options so the person doing the updating doesn't need to wade through pages of options?
