synchronizing e-mail

Hello to all; 

My version of ACT! 6.0.3 Spanish And I need to solve the following problems: 

1. I could not synchronize with other users through email and through shared folders.

2. I require to install ACT! 6.0.3 Spanish 2 new users, enter the number but when I get the license that is already registered. 

if anyone knows a solution for these 2 problems, I appreciate your cooperation.

2. You need a license for each machine. How many installs do you have? How many licenses?
