I think my problem is in the set up of the 2 database names. I go over & over the directions but I'm not getting it for some reason. I'm using ACT! 6.0 on both computers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Synchronization setup with ACT! 6 is not easy, especially to set it up properly. The documents that I referred you to in the knowledgebase, if they are followed exactly, will get you setup properly. You may want to contact an ACT! Certified Consultant to help you with the sync setup.
Again, the document ids are 11647, 11979 and 11740.
