Ive been thinking about upgrading to the online version of ACT. The advantages are my remote sales people can work together on contacts remotely. It also seams that the email blast tools are more mature too.
Ive sent bulk emails from offline act.... ACT 6.0 with outgoing SMTP etc. The online act is easier to use and when customers want to opt out I suppose there is a field in the online databse that tracks those.

Bart there are many more questions and while online offers some advantadges there are many downsides depending on your particular requirements.
