I have a virtual citrix environment and we are running Act! 220.127.116.119
However users keep complaining that whenever they run act they get the register box even though I have run through the process several times (It does retain the previous typed in credentials).
I've also run the register process on the citrix box it self but it keeps coming up.
Anyone got any ideas?
