Thanks. Oddly enough after checking email settings in "Internet Settings", where I checked and unchecked choices but at the end of the day made no changes, I reinstalled ACT and the email is working. Go figure.
I went back to 6 after finding 7 very clunky. Sage will upgrade to the latest for about $50. Firstly is it significantly better and secondly will I run into any database problems leaping across so many versions?
