create history

After I print, whether to fax, a templated DOC or email, the "create history" notification comes up. Is there some way I can stop this? I don't need a history and when I have several DOCs open, it hides and I can't do anything on a DOC until I click OK on the notification so it releases and I can then work with another open DOC.

I have built several templates (MS Word Docs with the ADT extension) that I employ when communicating with customers concerning their orders' status.

 

When I select a template it opens fine but after I print it to my printer, a small window comes up asking if I want to create a history. If I've got other docs open it won't allow me to do anything with them until I respond to the "create history" pop up.

 

I cannot find a place, or way, to turn the little sucker off!
