contact view

I am having problems with viewing all of my contact info on one page...all it seems to show is the notes.  How can I get all the information on the same viewing page?  I tried to right click and go to startup and choose ACT but it says it does not exist even though I am in ACT.

You need to change the layout and there is a layout button in the bottom right hand side of the screen as it may be the current layout is damaged or in preferences it is pointing to an invalid location

Most likely you have accidentally moved the horizontal splitter bar to the top (this will happen if you dbl-click on it to make it easier to see all the notes/history)

If you can see the bar at the top (under the icons) you might try dbl-clicking on it to restore... or just dragging it down.

If that doesn't help, with ACT! closed, try: Start | Run | ACTDIAG
Reset | Options and Windows Positions
Main Window
Reset
Then close and start ACT!
