i am updating my data base and have added new fields so have used the users 1 to 10 as different fields for example when "contracts expire".
when i go to look-up it still shows as "user 7" and not as "contract expire" is there any was i can change this???
also i have 3 different Fields for email addresses and would like to search them all when i search for an email address. . is this possible?
i am using version ACT!6 thank you in advance for your help

Did you change the actual field name in Edit | Define Fields or did you simply change the layout?
ACT! 6 only provided one actual email address field. Any filed that you added as an email address field would still be a character field. Even as character fields to search for information in any of the fields would require an advanced lookup. For what it's worth, ACT 2013 provides for multiple true email address fields and has a lookup for any email address. For what you want I think it's time to upgrade.
