adding e-mail addresses to alternate contacts

Does anyone know if you can add e-mail addresses to alternate contacts.  For example, I have ABC Const Co as a contact.  ABC has five project managers that I would like to list (along with their e-mail addresses) as alternate contacts within ABC's listing.  I don't want to create a seperate contact file for each project manager.  Is this possible?

I assume you mean 'alternative' (rather than alternate) Contacts. You can create additional fields in your database to accommodate the email addresses (and other attributes) of alternative/secondary contacts.

The only thing is that you can't use any of the normal email templates to email them.
