When Sync get ACT Out of Memory

I am using shared folders and the database only has 3000 contacts.  this happens when syncronizing with the main data base.  The main data base seems to be ok.  Running XP w/1 gig memory and no other applications.  Restarted computer several times, all other applications seem to work fine.

Most likely a database corruption... you'll need to try and repair itor you could copy the database to the main machine, manually merge it in, delete any packets in the shared folders and re-create the remote
