Hey everyone. I hope I can get some help here. I'm trying to solve an issue for a friend.
This problem only popped up recently, everything's been working correctly for years. When he tries to generate a letter or report based on a client, he gets the following msg:
When he clicks Continue, everything goes through and works. But he may have to click Continue more than once but it'll still work eventually. He has WIndows XP, Office 2003 and ACT Version 6 (I think). Nothing has changed in his computer recently, except for some Windows OS updates.
I searched on Google and here, but couldn't find anything related. ANyone know what's going on?

The Exact version is build 22.214.171.1249
So we just tried to use ACT on another workstation in the office. The second workstation seems to be identical in hardware, OS, ACT and security updates. But it doesn't have the same error when generating reports and letters.
