I set up Outlook 2007 to work with ACT and had successfully add ACT address book into Outlook. However when I send email from Outlook I could not see the email message on the particular contact even though I have sent it out in Outlook to ask to save history to ACT when send from Act Contacts. I have tested one and could not see any message in the particular contact's history page.
Will appreciate any solution. I have actually set as Internet Mail in ACT although I cannot get my email to work In ACT however could not change it when I tried to change it in ACT under preference from Internet Mail to Outlook. Does this has anything to do with me not getting the history.
