Unknown Error, when trying to import.

Hello Act! users,

Whenever I select: File-Data Exchange-Import, Act! immediately crashes and says unknown error has caused act to shut down, and then subsequently another window pops up saying "The instruction at 0x73dd11c7 referenced memory at 0x00000004. The memory could not be read. Click ok to terminate the program.
