Unable to delete contact

I had to rebuild my XP laptop.  I reinstalled Act 6.x.  I entered a contact as normal and for some reason I am unable to delete it.  I can enter any other contact and easily delete but this one just will not be deleted.  yuch

It has the My record flag set and can't be deleted.

Thanks, not sure what that means though, I found no reference to "My record flag" on the help index.  The contact information is blank.  If I have the contact view and try to delete, it goes through the process but does not delete the contact, it actually does delete one line of any contact info, for example the name or email address.  If I try to delete from the Contact List view, I get a prompt telling me that I cannot delete.  Program worked fine for many years...ugh

i ran actdiag, cleaned the database and was able to delete the no named contact
