My act wont merge with my word documents. It wont open the template unless word is already running and then it will import all the fields but not actually populate them. So <date> <address> etc appears on the word doc. Once this has been done the option to write a template fax disappears (still there but it is not available to click on). Act needs to be restarted then this option will appear again, but will disappear once clicked on once. No record or comments are able to be attached with the write function.
We are using ACT 6.0.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
