Synchronizing

In our office, I synchronize my database with a co-workers database. I'm trying to figure out how I can erase records from my database and have them erased in my co-worker's as well when we synchronize.  We are both using Act Version 6.

Re: Synchronizing

What you described can't really be done. They will show as deleted by the other system but the remote user then has to do the actual deletion.

For ACT! 6.0, see this ACT! Knowledge Base article - How Does Synchronization handle Deleted Contacts?

Later versions don't require each user to manually delete the records.

Is Version 9.0 pretty much bug free? Can our Version 6 database be converted to version 9 ?
