Start with Act 6 or wait for new changes?

Hey everyone,

I did my initial clear of Act 5 a couple weeks ago. I haven't exactly thought about starting with Act 6 yet, as I wanted to just 100% act 5 first and work on getting a full 5* r4 / 6* team (maybe even a 5* r5 / 6* r2). I know it's going to be a while I get a shot at getting cavalier (with Act 6 obviously being a lot more difficult than act 5), but should I just extend the wait untill the new changes or just get it done as soon as I'm able to?

A summary of the new notice changes for assured tenancies following the Act 2015 changes that introduced a 6 month shelf life for the section 21 notice. still have to serve the notice but you don't have to wait to take court action. to re-serve a shorter version of the notice to start court action sooner.
