Unfortunately there is not a way to do this from within ACT. It would require a special utility to find out the username/password. You will need to contact an ACT! Certified Consultant (ACC) for assistance with this. Use this link to Find An ACC in your area.
It may be that the database only has a username and no password. Try variations of a user's name for the username. For example, if a user is John Smith, try "John Smith", "John", "jsmith", "John R. Smith"....as many as you can think of.
