Record Manager Problem

Using ACT 6.03. When I export data to another ACT database, all the record manager names attached to the note/history entries are changed from the correct name in the old database to my name in the new database. Both databases have all the same names entered as users. Solutions?

Were the users my records from the first database exported to the other database? If not they will need to be exported and then nade users by attaching to the exported my record.

In ACT! 6.0 how do you change My Record to another Contact -- not necessarily, a "new contact"?

Do you want to change user accounts? The My record relates to the user account.
