I just started working for a small business that uses ACT version 6 at the moment. We have plans to upgrade within the year, but right now we have to work with what we have.
The problem I am having is that when I try to open ACT while logged in as me (a new user) it will not let me use it unless I register, but I cannot register the product because it will not connect to the server.
I tried reinstalling it under my login (I am a system admin, so I have the rights) still no luck.
My question is where does ACT store this information? Is there a way to edit who the license belongs to? There are about five employees that have their name on the license but they no longer work here.
Thanks for any help, again I know it is an old version but we need to get this working, its costing us time and time is money.
