Purchasing a copy of ACT 6.0

I am looking for a copy of ACT 6.0 for one of my customers.  He wishes to move the database to another PC but has lost his installation discs.  In desperation he has purchased ACT 2011 but it will not migrate across because the field codes are different between the versions.

Any ideas?

Hello Cluedo,

Welcome to the Act! Online Community!

Your V6 database should convert directly to the 2011 program.  Here is an article with instructions (you'll want to run maintenance on the V6 database before converting): KB Article 26761

It's a good idea to clean the database in 6.0 before converting. You can get a 30-day trial for this. There is a link to download it from:

If you really need to get ACT! 6.0, I may have an unopened box or two left... but, if already got 2011, that would be best
