A client is using Act! 2011 with Outlook 2010 and Office 365. They have the error "This item cannot be saved because it was changed by another user ...do you want to make a copy in the default folder". I note your KB Article "Contacts 92450" says the issue is Open, and under investigation. Has there been any resolution on this?

you did use the false forum this is only for act 5 + 6
anyway, act2011 is not supporting Office365, (act 16 the actual version only supports office365 if the data is stored localy)
Office 2010 is supported by act2011, but you may have to update servicepacks on act.
