Notes/History Report not picking up all records

Notes/History Report not picking up all records

ACT! version 5.0.3

 

I have a user that when he goes and prints the  note/history for all contacts, for him as the record manager, all notes do not print.  I have gone through ACTDiag and checked the database and repaired.  I have even deleted the indicies and have had them rebuilt with no results.

 

Any suggestions?

It's the filter settings on the report. General tab = all users, Notes History tab = specific user.
