I am using an unsupported version of ACT (V 5.0). I have used it sporadically over the years and most recently I found a situation that demanded my using it on a daily basis however I have hesitated to update due to the following issue that I have yet to resolve.
I entered approximately 25 accounts into the database (trial,test) and at least half of them disappeared. I noticed that after I entered a record and then went to new entry the original one would not be in the database when I returned. One other observation I made was the disappearing records would not allow me to enter and ID/Status when initially entering them. Can anyone offer me a suggestion as to what I did wrong or is it just the age of the software? Thanks.
