Menu Bar drop down transparent

I am using ACT 6.0.3 and the drop down lists on the main menu bar are transparent, I can only see them when I hold my mouse over them.  How do I change it back to normal?

That would be a video problem, try lowering the hardware video accleration or update your video driver.
