I recently reinstalled V6 and am using Mail Merge for first time since reinstall. I've used it since 2002 and all of a sudden the outgoing email information reads like the following - "White, John at XYZ Corp."
Going through preferences to figure out how to modify or fix. I do not want the company info to show. I use Outlook 2007. I was using Outlook 2007 before Act6 reinstall and it worked like a charm. help

This might depend on the version of ACT! ... are you using the same build (check in Help | about)? If earlier than 6.03, maybe try downloading and applying the update.
Actually, I'm surprised you have it working with Outlook 2007... I assume you can't add the ACT! database as an address book?
If doing a lot of mail merges from ACT! 6.0, you should also try downloading MergeMaster! Pro - much faster and a lot of extra functions
