Locked out of databases. Passwords and user name don't work

I use Act 6.0 and upgraded to 2012.  I don't like and don't use 2012 and prefere Act 6.0.  After I loaded  2012 I got locked out of some of my Act 6.0 databases and NEED to access them.  I need help Now.  Thank you.  Pleas give step by step instructions.  jessegoldstein@hotmail.com

Jesse I am unsure what you mean by locked out and if you made a backup before the conversion you could go to your backups?
