Label issues with Address and Names of Clients that are deceased

I run on another computer (separate system in our office) Act 6.0.3.979 with the add on called Act 4 Advisors version 2.   The issue I am seeing, I have two people listed under an address, one dies, leaves or whatever,  I edit my data base and save the change but when I go to print a label (or envelope) the person that I had deleted still shows up?  This is a new problem.  The database is not synced and does not hook into my outlook.   How do you fix it?

Free support ran out years ago.  It is a part of the ACT! package.

Unfortunately, you'll need to either find someone who knows A4A or can have a look at your system to see how the data is stored

Oh, found out she did call A4A, and they of course said it was an known issue with Act!6.   Thanks.  We used this forum because we thought someone out here would know something about it.

Not sure how they store the contacts... next time you delete, try a Compress/Reindex before printing and see if it still happens
