We use ACT! version 6.0
We want to inject a CLI/DDI phone number into ACT from our own software, to invoke ACT into displaying appropriate customer details.
I guess this would be called a screen pop?
Is it possible to do this?
Can it be done in C++ using an ACT API (or even using DDE would be OK)

ACT! has an SDK that you could use... but it would depend on what you really wanted to do.
Remember, just moving to the in-coming contact when a call is received has a problem - if they are working on a record, they may lose their work :-)
Is there a reason you want to remain with 6.0? There is actually a product that does this for the later versions - itDial
