Am I missing something here?  Without having to tag each from all contacts?  I want to view a GROUP of contacts and export them to excell.  You can in the list view of contacts but not in the group view of contacts.

Donna

In Group Detail view you can right-click on a group name, then Create a Lookup from the drop-down menu which selects the contacts in that Group and shows them in Contact List view. You can now use the Export to Excel icon to export your list (which means you can also export fields that exist in the main Contact Detail screen).

Hope this helps

I want to export a Group into another ACT 6.0 database.  I followed the steps below but instead of exporting to Excel, I exported to a new .dbf file.  I selected export lookup, but all contacts were exported into the new file, not just the members of the Group.  What am I missing?

When exporting one of the options is to export Contact and or Groups. If you select both you can only export all contacts. If you select only contacts you can export the selected lookup
