Importing ACT 5.x data into ACT! 2010 Ongoing Basis

I'm running ACT 5.x on older windows laptop too slow to run ACT! 2010. I have another laptop at home running ACT! by Sage 2010 on Windows 7.

Converting the database from the older version to the new one was easy and worked perfectly.

How do I export data from the older version which I use in the office on an ongoing basis to the new one at home so I have the same data in both places?

It would be quite trickly, complex and likely to end up losing data.

To do it reliably would need an add-on that would probably cost more than replacing your old laptop.
