Any bright idea please on how I would be able to export all the fields from ACT? We have around 25 fields to export (excluding notes and histories) and ACT is allowing me to export only 17 fields. Someone please have a solution on this?
Basically, I did start by clicking File, Data Exchange, Export then so forth...But when I was about to choose all the fields I wanted for export, ACT is not giving me the option anymore to insert field when I reached the 17th field. Appreciate your help on this.

If you have Excel, go to the List view in ACT!, add the columns you want and click Export to Excel

I am having the same problem - I would like to maximiize the amount of data I export from each contact record but am being limited in ACT! 6.0. Any suggestions?

What information are you referring to? If you're referring to Notes and History information, that can't be done with the export in ACT!, it would require a specialized utility.
