We have Act 4.0 and have contacts in different categories i.e. courrier companies, security companies etc and what I need to do is export data from these categories like name and e-mail into excel, so as to create a campaign according to industry, like all courrier companies will get a specific offer.
Can you please let me know how to do that? I know how to export all contacts but not how to do specific categories.

Create a lookup and export the lookup.
