Few questions about ACT 6

I'm fairly new to ACT and am slowly figuring out things as I go, but I do have a few time-critical issues I need to figure out.

 

First of all and most importantly, I would like to see filters between each sales persons leads.  When a sales person logs into act with their name, I want to see only their accounts pull up.  This will help separate everyone's accounts, so nobody else will see them and call them.
 
Secondly, I would like to be able to pull up a report on each sales persons calls for the day to see how many calls they made.
 
Any help would be much appreciated!

The first isn't an option with ACT! 6 however the current premium version does have that capability.

 

For the second, try the History Summary Classic report.

Well, it was sort of possible with 6.0 - sync via groups. But it was messy and upgrading to the Premium version would definately be a better option
