Hi, we are having a hardtime tying to extract history notes from ACT. We already bough ExtractiT and worked with Contacts but with Histroy it crashes.
It is any other way to extract this data....???

That sounds like there is corruption in the database. Have you done the database maintenance in ACTDIAG?

Thanks, yes, we did that with no success. No errors detected... Still crashing. 11,000 notes came out before crashing of about 1300 contacts, still 8,000 contacts to go.
