I am trying to export a lookup from an ACT! 6.0 database -- just records modified this year. I am exporting to a new ACT! database.
But doing that changes the record manager for every item in the notes/history -- I want to keep that information.
Is that possible? --diane

Is this change limited to the export file or does the change happend in the source DB?
Does the record manager and date do a mass change any other time?
We were cleaning off old data, made a back up, then re-indexed DB, then cleaned off old data. Somewhere in the process the date and record manager changed on all records. Since that time, we have cycled through the backups before we noticed the date had changed. Now we have changed dates and the oldest backup if after the mysterious date change happened
I didnt see a way to start a new question so I appended to the topic nearest the issue I am having
