We have used ACT 2000 without issue or upgrade for many years. SUddenly, we are getting the following error message.
"An error occured while opening this database. It may be damaged, or missing a component. Do you want to restore your database?"
I hit "Yes" and then it immediately says, "Can't open database"
We have tried reinstalling the ACT 2000 disc. to no avail. We have Windows XP Professional installed on an HP.
We are willing to upgrade if we absolutly have to, but really need access to the database ASAP. Please help.
