Then you have one or more invalid email addresses in your database. It could be an email address without an @ sign, one that is too long, etc. It's causing the ACT! program to build an invalid ABC file. One option is to go through the database contact my contact looking for the invalid email address.
Please check your private messages, upper right corner of the screen.

Can you try it in the demo database?
Open the demo, change the My Record email to yours and add a contact with another address to send to
This will show if it's ACT! or the database.
