the database you are trying to open is not an ACT! database. to use this database in ACT!, you need to import the data by following the onscreen insruction in the Import Wizard. Do you want to continue?
i am using the exact same version of act and it opens fine for me and the other 18 users who access it. but for one particular user, i get this message above. any ideas?
i have uninstalled and reinstalled it but still it happens
also to note, i have logged in as the admin on the same computer and opened the database with no problem at all
