Hi! We are a television station and consumer action department that's using ACT! 6.0 for a database to help viewers/consumers.
We are inputting data from a website jot form now into ACT! but during the conversion ACT! is changing the upper and lower case. It wants to keep the first letter Capitolized and that's it. Which is bad when you have A. T. & T. and it goes into ACT! as A t&t.
And to make matters worse, if you try to change it, ACT! will change it back.
I have tried to look in Prefences and other settings that might help, but can't find anything..
