Country code in records

I have Act! 6.03 and sice a month and a half ago my databse suddenly decided it will display country code on all records and even though I have turned off the option in preferences I don't seem to be able to drop it from records and no matter what, every time I try to record a new phone number it will start with USA country code.

I have even re installed the program and nothing seems to do it. Can anyone help me? How can I get rid of those country codes?

Make sure your My record has a full phone number with area code and you have the country selected on the My record.

Make sure your My record has a full phone number with area code and you have the country selected on the My record.
