Corrupted ACT.exe caused me to delete ACT! 6.0

Then I tried to re-install. The serial # does not activate the "next" button to proceed with install. I am sure some one has experienced this, what should I do to resolve this issue?

You're either entering the serial number wrong (you have to include the hyphens) or it's not the correct serial number for the ACT! install files. ACT! 6 was packaged about three different ways and serial numbers from one packaging couldn't be mixed with another packaging.

Re: Corrupted ACT.exe caused me to delete ACT! 6.0

Your suggestion worked. It made me go back and attempt the install. With your advice I changed the 8s to Bs, but that was not the whole solution.

My name popped up in the top window, which made me think about it. It did not have my middle initial in it.

Also, when I purchased it prior to retiring, it caused me to insert the business name of "Leverenz and Associates".

So, you get the Bravo for putting me on track.

When I first started using ACT! I hired a certified tech for a few hours. That was surely helpful.

But, thank you again for your personal assistance!
