If you would like to have a copy of what you sent out in the previous mailmerge
campaign you could attach a copy of the template you used to each of the contact
in the lookup. To accomplish that do the following:
+ Lookup the contacts you mailmerged to previously
+ Click View > Contact List or type F8
+ Either go into tag mode and say tag all or use edit mode and click the first
contact in the list then hold down shift and click the last contact in the list
+ Contact > Attach File or Type Control-I
+ Specify a document and click OK
The single document will be attached to each contact in the listview.
