I hsve just updated to the new act 2009 v11, after installing and converting the database I do not have any of my emails that where in act email (internet mail).
I have been talking to saga at length and they have made a number of suggestions
1. Drag the emails from internet mail into outlook in version 6. Once the emails are in outlook close act 6 and open act 2009 then drag them from outlook back into internet mail.
This does get the emails but, instead of getting the senders detail under from all the emails show as from me.
When I look in out look they are all the same there as well. It looses the from email address.
Sage tell me the conversion of the email should happen during the installation process but I did not.
On the initial converison of the database to act 2009 the conversion failes and was asked to split the database and the data then just reimport the data from there.
Can anybody help in getting the emails over to verison 2009 and look the same as they are in version 6
