Act 6 won't let me open

Act 6 won't let me open

When I go to open Act 6 This appears An Invalid or Non Existent database was specified.

I don't know what to do. Have tried everything to get it to open.

That means that the stored name of the last database opened or the default database specified in preferences can't be found. ACT! should open to the parent screen and you can go to File | Open and choose a database to open.
